We did not arrive with the boom. Land bought in the 1980s, projects completed from 1993 onwards, and relationships with panchayats, architects, and contractors built across three property cycles.

Magnum Constructions is a home-grown Panaji developer. Four decades of completed work across central Goa, and a new generation of architect-led residences underway in Porvorim and Taleigao.

Magnum has built dependably in Goa for thirty years. With our current portfolio of architect-led residences, we are also building for the streetscape.
Architecturally distinctive
Our new chapter, named in projects like The Drape and The Ribbon, is facade-led and story-led. Buildings that contribute something to the street, not only to saleable area.
Reliable at scale
A 30-year delivery record, a substantial land bank, and our own commercial headquarters at Magnum Chambers. The basis on which we take on joint ventures and institutional work.
